The trip from Belfast to Stranraer was uneventful, but we were getting pretty excited about arriving in Scotland. Both Marie and I thought we had come home when we first drove up the coast. We had a bit of a wander around Girvan (mainly to find lunch) and then travelled on to our first view of Loch Lomond.
Lots of young people here, must be a popular tourist spot.
